Plant Based Recipes & Meal Plan Suggestion (Part 3 of 3)

Amanda's Fave Smoothie Bowl (1 Serve)

Ingredients

150g banana

200g mixed berries or cherries

20g protein powder

Top with 1 tbs coconut flakes or 1 tsp cacao nibs

Directions:

blend the banana, mixed berries & protein powder in a blender. Top with a dash of coconut water if needed. Serve and top with coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
